Terms of payment

In principle, advance payment is agreed, i.e. the order will be processed after receipt of payment. Deviating agreements must be made in writing.

This website is secured by TLS encryption. All data is therefore transmitted securely, this is indicated by the lock symbol of the browser used.

We ship worldwide.

The shipment is usually made by GLS. In exceptional cases, another shipping partner can be chosen at the discretion of the dealer.
Shipping costs include all services that arise during shipping, which include not only the pure postage costs, but also the costs for packaging and labor. Since these services are provided with each delivery, they are generally not refundable.

The respective shipping costs are calculated directly in the shopping cart and are, among other things, dependent on the shipping weight.

Delivery speed
We strive to process all orders within 24 hours (on working days) after receipt of payment and to hand them over to the shipping partner, provided that the goods are in stock. If your order contains items with a longer delivery time, the order will not be shipped until all items are available.

Shipping warehouse
We use various warehousing & fulfillment service providers to store & ship our goods. If the order contains items that are stored in different warehouses, in exceptional cases there may be multiple shipments within one order. The location of all warehouses is in germany, which guarantees a fast shipping.
